(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held at least once in two months on the date, time and place designated by the chairman.
(2) The member-secretary of the committee shall make available to all the members at least twenty-four hours before the meeting with the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(3) If three members including the chairman are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(4) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, the member appointed from among the members present will preside over the meeting.
(5) The opinion of the majority of the members present at the meeting of the committee shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the chairman shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the committee shall be verified by the member-secretary.
(7) The committee may invite an expert or an official of the Government of Nepal to the meeting.
(8) Other arrangements related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(9) Chairman and members shall receive meeting allowance as specified for participating in committee meetings.
